NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide loaded nano zinc oxide involves dissolving surfactant P123 and graphene oxide in distilled water, adding sodium hydroxide solution, adding solid zinc nitrate, and stirring until the solid is dissolved; reacting at 60-85 degrees C for 16-18 hours under stirring, centrifuging, washing obtained reaction solution with distilled water, and collecting precipitate, and dissolving the precipitate in distilled water and vacuum-drying precipitate at 40-75 degrees C for 36-48 hours. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide loaded nano zinc oxide used as antibacterial agent for antibacterial product and medical product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides graphene oxide loaded nano zinc oxide has high stability, biocompatibility, and antibacterial property.
