▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-supported glass fiber membrane modified by excimer UV light irradiation involves dissolving single-layer graphene in anhydrous ethanol, adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, ultrasonically stirring, loading resultant graphene solution on a glass fiber membrane by vacuum filtration, drying, placing resultant under an excimer UV lamp for irradiation in air, and vacuum drying. The mass ratio of single-layer graphene and polyvinylpyrrolidone is 1:1-10. USE - Preparation of graphene-supported glass fiber membrane modified by excimer UV light irradiation used in lithium-sulfur battery separator material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple, clean and efficient preparation of graphene-supported glass fiber membrane modified by excimer UV light irradiation. The preparation method is carried out by excimer UV light irradiation to form portion of oxygen-containing functional groups on surface of single-layer graphene, and improve wettability of graphene to lithium-sulfur battery electrolyte. The excimer UV lamp irradiates glass fiber loaded with graphene layer as diaphragm of lithium-sulfur battery, the diaphragm not only can physically block polysulfide and can fix polysulfide by high-efficiency and powerful chemical adsorption, so that the active substance can be effectively used, so as to improve electrochemical performance of the lithium-sulfur battery.
