NOVELTY - A graphene based fat-soluble shellfish toxin detecting method involves extracting the shellfish sample by using QuEChERS method, assisting the purification effect of the sample by QuEChERS method by using cryogenic freezing technique, analyzing by entering UPLCMS/MS, and using graphene as a purification adsorbent. USE - Method for detecting graphene based fat-soluble shellfish toxin. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting graphene based fat-soluble shellfish toxin with high efficiency and recovery rate, high sensitivity, saving time, better purification effect and applicability, better recovering effect, and in simple and rapid manner.
