NOVELTY - A composite material comprises resin framework having bionic plant stem-shaped hierarchical structure as template filled with graphene and graphene oxide, epoxy resin and phenolic resin. USE - Composite material used as heat dissipation material and electronic packaging material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent mechanical property, strength, heat-conducting property and reduced cracks. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of composite material, which involves (i) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to prepare a graphene oxide aqueous solution, adding graphene microsheet, and ultrasonically processing to obtain a graphene dispersion liquid with stable property and uniform dispersion, (ii) preparing a photosensitive resin framework with a bionic plant stem-shaped hierarchical structure using a photo-curing three-dimensional printer, (iii) filling the obtained graphene dispersion liquid into a three-dimensional printing photosensitive resin framework, heating using a vacuum oven having a temperature not more than 50℃, evaporating and adjusting concentration, (iv) dripping water-soluble phenolic resin into the photosensitive resin framework until the framework is saturated, and (v) encapsulating the obtained framework with epoxy resin.
