NOVELTY - High-temperature-resistant universal extreme-pressure lubricating grease, comprises 50-80 pts. wt. base oil, 8-15 pts. wt. thickener, 20-40 pts. wt. additives, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium hydroxide, 12-30 pts. wt. neopentyl glycol, 2-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 6-12 pts. wt. detergent and dispersant and 0.01-0.1 pt. wt. modified graphene. USE - Used as high-temperature-resistant universal extreme-pressure lubricating grease. ADVANTAGE - The high-temperature-resistant universal extreme-pressure lubricating grease: has uniformly dispersed nano-scale particles, thus can make full use of the nano-scale lubricating film, and the film will not break under extreme pressure, simultaneously has a high lubricating effect, which significantly prolongs the working time under high temperature, has high resistance to extreme pressure and is suitable for various working environments. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-temperature-resistant universal extreme-pressure lubricating grease, comprising 1) taking raw materials, 2) mixing the base oil and thickener, adding antioxidant, detergent and dispersant and modified graphene and mixing again to obtain component A, 3) mixing the additive, sodium hydroxide and neopentyl glycol at 50 ℃ to obtain component B, 4) mixing component A and component B uniformly to obtain final product.
