NOVELTY - Graphene lubricant includes 100 pts. wt. base oil, 0.05-2 pts. wt. graphene, 0.05-2 pts. wt. anti-wear agent, and 0-10 pts. wt. additive. The preparation of the anti-wear agent includes (a) adding octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide and chloroacetyl chloride into the reaction vessel, and adding sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH to 8-10, where the solvent is ethanol, reacting under stirring conditions to obtain a product, washing the product, filtering, and removing the solvent to obtain compound (A), and (b) adding the compound (A) and 2-mercapto-4-methylimidazole to the reaction vessel, adding sodium hydroxide to adjust the pH to 8-11, where the solvent is ethanol, reacting under stirring conditions to obtain a product, washing the product, filtering, and removing the solvent to prepare the anti-wear agent. USE - As graphene lubricant. ADVANTAGE - The graphene lubricant has high-performance. The lubricant has significantly improved anti-wear and anti-friction properties, so that it has excellent extreme pressure resistance and bearing capacity, using the synergistic effect of prepared anti-wear agent and graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the graphene lubricant, involving (i) adding graphene and anti-wear agent to the base oil, stirring at 40-60 degrees C, and ultrasonically dispersing for 30-120 minutes, to obtain the premixed liquid, and (b) adding the auxiliary agent to the premixed liquid of step (a), and stirring at 65-80 degrees C to obtain a graphene lubricant.
