NOVELTY - A graphene laminate includes second layer arranged on a first layer, where the first layer comprises restored graphene oxide, and the second layer comprises conducting polymer, binder resin, and polyvinyl alcohol. USE - Graphene laminate for use in electrode material of electronic device, such as touch panel, organic light-emitting device, organic thin film transistor, organic solar cell, secondary battery, fuel cell, memory device or biosensor (all claimed), and gas curtain. ADVANTAGE - The laminate has improved electric conductance and thermal conductance, transparency with flexibility, durability, surface roughness and mechanical strength, and can be prepared in simple and cost effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene laminate.
