NOVELTY - Scaled graphene preparation involves using natural flake graphite or artificial graphite as raw material, adding oxidant to carry out oxidation reaction to obtain graphite oxide, adding intercalation agent to intercalate reaction, and then reacting the reaction liquid after the completing intercalation reaction. The reacting liquid is suction filtered to get solid and then dried to obtain intercalated graphite. The prepared dried intercalated graphite is ground and sieved by using grinding device to obtain expandable graphite. The obtained expandable graphite is dispersed in a sonication solvent, where ultrasonic treatment is performed to achieve initial peeling. The obtained ultrasonic waves are stripped in the graphite, where concentrated sulfuric acid and graphite are mixed by using a graphene production equipment to achieve final stripping to obtain graphene. USE - Method for preparing scaled graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares scaled graphene in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with high-quality and large-scale preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene production apparatus comprises a casing, a lifting module, a driving module, a stirring module and a stirring box, where the casing has a cylindrical shape. The lifting module is installed at an upper end of the casing, where the lifting module is provided for moving the stirring module up and down. The driving module is installed at the lifting module, where the driving module is located below the lifting module. The driving module is used for moving the stirring module back and forth, left and right. The mixing box is located in the housing at the bottom, and is provided with a hollow interlayer.
