NOVELTY - Preparing graphene film involves preparing graphene derivative solution which is coating on surface of selecting inorganic nonmetallic planar carrier to obtain surface coating with graphene derivative layer. The carrier complex moved carrier complex at fixed speed through microwave heating zone in fixed atmosphere so that surface graphene derivative layer is converted to graphene layer by microwave heated at fixed time, carrier complex leaft microwaves heated zone, and cooled. The carrier composite is extrusion treated with good conductivity of graphene layer. USE - Method for preparing graphene film used graphene material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene film has excellent performance.
