NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based composite solid base catalyst with 3D structure involves dissolving divalent metal salt, trivalent metal salt, and citric acid or sodium tartrate into deionized water, mixing with oxidized graphene solution, and ultrasonically stirring to obtain first mixed solution; and placing obtained magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite/reduced graphene oxide composite into tubular atm furnace, calcining at high temperature under nitrogen atm, hydrating to recover, centrifuging, washing with ethanol and vacuum drying to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing graphene-based composite solid base catalyst with 3D structure. ADVANTAGE - The method has good dispersing ability of active site, strong interaction, improved structural stability of catalyst, improved catalytic reaction process of electronic transfer rate and excellent catalytic performance to acetone self-condensation reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-based composite solid base catalyst with 3D structure comprises dissolving divalent metal salt, trivalent metal salt, and citric acid or sodium tartrate into deionized water, mixing with oxidized graphene solution, and ultrasonically stirring to obtain first mixed solution; dissolving sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate into deionized water to obtain second mixed solution; slowly dropping obtained first and second mixed solutions into round bottom flask through double drop method, titrating, crystallizing, centrifuging mixture to neutralize and lyophilizing to obtain magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite/reduced graphene oxide composite; and placing obtained magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite/reduced graphene oxide composite into tubular atm furnace, calcining at high temperature under nitrogen atm, carrying out hydration recovery, centrifuging, washing with ethanol and vacuum drying to obtain product.
