NOVELTY - The system has a sensor array provided with a graphene-type heat dissipation conduction cooling structure. A storage battery and am intelligent control apparatus are assembled in a flight. A graphene-type superconducting wireless transmission electric energy receiver and a graphene-type superconducting wireless transmission electric energy emitter are provided with a graphene-type superconducting wireless transmission electric energy coil. The graphene-type superconducting wireless transmission electric energy receiver and the graphene-type superconducting wireless transmission electric energy emitter are connected with a frequency automatic tracking and regulating circuit unit. A digital information receiving and emitting device receives sensor detection data and frequency automatic tracking and detecting data.
