NOVELTY - Antistatic plastic master batch comprises 10-40 pts. wt. carrier resin, 50-80 pts. wt. functional filler, 0.5-1 pts. wt. toughening agent, 1-5 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant, and 2-5 pts. wt. lubricant. The antistatic agent is an anionic antistatic agent. USE - Used as antistatic plastic master batch. ADVANTAGE - The antistatic plastic master batch adopts anionic antistatic agent, and melamine and its derivatives release nitrogen gas when burning at high temperature, which is non-toxic and halogen-free antistatic agent, due to the effect of coupling agent and dispersant, the antistatic agent is easier to disperse in the carrier resin uniformly, and plays the role of antistatic agent without reducing the mechanical properties of the masterbatch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing antistatic plastic master batch, comprising (i) mixing functional filler, antistatic agent, coupling agent and dispersant at 80-120℃ and 1000-5000 revolutions/minute, adding carrier resin, toughening agent and lubricant, and mixing to obtain mixed material, and (ii) melt-blending mixed material, extruding, water-cooling, granulating, drying, and packaging.
