▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A carbon nanotube composite material is prepared by performing chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process to obtain single-layered graphene carbon material or multi-layered graphene carbon material, subsequently transferring graphene to target substrate, coating etching gel on structure of graphene and target substrate, bombarding through inductive coupling plasma process to denaturalize etching gel, subsequently soaking and removing residual etching gel, performing high-temperature treatment on bombarded etching gel, and allowing graphene and target substrate to carbonize etching gel. USE - Preparation of carbon nanotube composite material for batteries and capacitor. ADVANTAGE - Product has high conduction property and large specific surface area, and large lithium ion adsorption ability, and is low cost, and simple.
