NOVELTY - Graphene-zinc powder composite material comprises 30-40 pts. wt. aminated graphene, 10-20 pts. wt. carboxylated graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. polyethyleneimine, 40-50 pts. wt. zinc powder, 5-10 pts. wt. glutaraldehyde and 200-300 pts. wt. solvent. USE - As graphene-zinc powder composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene zinc powder composite material has an excellent dispersibility in the graphene zinc powder coating, and improves the corrosion resistance of the graphene zinc powder coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene-zinc powder composite material comprising (a) mixing polyethyleneimine, zinc powder and solvent evenly, and stirring for 5-7 hours to obtain a mixture, and (b) mixing the aminated graphene and the carboxylated graphene evenly, adding into the mixture, add glutaraldehyde after mixing evenly, stirring for 5-7 hours, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain the graphene-zinc powder composite material.
