NOVELTY - Preparation of high temperature resistant copper wire comprises placing 10-15 pts. wt. magnesium, 10-15 pts. wt. chromium, 5-8 pts. wt. titanium, 15-20 pts. wt. nickel and 100-120 pts. wt. copper into furnace for calcination to obtain metal mixture, casting metal mixture into ingot, forging ingot to strip copper core at 250-350?oC, heating at 630-660?oC for 30-45 minutes, cooling to room temperature, rolling to obtain refined copper strip, drawing, annealing to obtain copper wire, plating copper wire with aluminum film, anodizing plated copper wire to obtain compact aluminum oxide layer and spraying electroplated copper wire with high-temperature resistant coating at 100-120?oC. The high-temperature resistant coating comprises 55-65 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 13-16 pts. wt. silicon oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 15-20 pts. wt. inorganic flame retardant, 10-15 pts. wt. anti irradiation agent, 10-15 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl fiber and 5-10 pts. wt. saponin. USE - The method is used for preparation of high temperature resistant copper wire. ADVANTAGE - The copper wire forms coating insulator through aluminum anodizing treatment and hole sealing treatment to strengthen heat resistance of copper wire.
