NOVELTY - Method comprises (i) roughening the surface of the old concrete, and removing surface floating ash, mortar or other stains, (ii) uniformly spraying G/GO and silicon ash dispersion liquid to surface of the old concrete, forming a pre-bonding surface, where G/GO comprising a single-layer graphene, a multilayer graphene, a few-layer graphene, an industrial-grade graphene oxide, a single-layer graphene oxide, multilayer graphene oxide, functional dispersant, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfate, polyacrylic acid polymer, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, Arabic gum powder, methyl orange, sodium dodecyl sulfate, dipropylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether, dipropylene glycol ethyl ether, diethylene glycol ethyl ether, dipropylene glycol propyl ether, substantially drying pre-processing interface, covering bonding old concrete pre-processing bonding, tightly combining the old concrete and bonding mortar layer. USE - The reinforced concrete is useful for bonding the concrete and mortar, preferably cement mortar (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: enables to enhance concrete interfacial bonding force with graphene or graphene oxide and silica fume, which increases the compact degree of the bonding interface, and improves the interface bonding.
