NOVELTY - A graphene composite material comprises molybdenum disulfide, graphene, and graphene quantum dots. USE - Graphene composite material used for forming gas sensor for detecting gas such as nitrogen dioxide (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has more active sites, good thermal stability and chemical stability, which is good for gas adsorption. The gas-sensitive response time and sensitivity of the composite material can be effectively improved.
