▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The apparatus has a collection chamber (30) that is provided at side of a main chamber (10), and provided with a collection roll (31) for collecting catalyst substrate which is passed through the inside of main chamber. A near-infrared heating module (40) is provided at the outer side of a transparent window (12) of main chamber to irradiate the catalyst substrate which passes through the inside of main chamber with near-infrared rays through the transparent window. A reaction gas supply valve (50) is provided for supplying a reaction gas into the main chamber. USE - Roll-to-roll graphene manufacturing apparatus. ADVANTAGE - Since the near infrared ray for the graphene manufacture is irradiated in the necessary range, the energy loss is minimized. The near infrared ray heating module which irradiates the near infrared ray is installed outside the main chamber. Hence near infrared ray heating module is not damaged due to the inner reaction gas lamp or polluted. Several main chamber modules are serially connected through the flange union so that the installation of apparatus is through the simple assembly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The roll-to-roll graphene manufacturing apparatus has main chamber that is formed to be sealed from the outside, and is provided with transparent window. A supply chamber (20) is provided at side of the main chamber, and is provided with a supply roll (21) for supplying catalyst substrate for graphene synthesis into the main chamber. An interspace is formed between the roll accommodation spaces. The interspace is comprised in the inside of main chamber. The roll accommodation spaces are connected with the selective space through the inner doors. A gas supply pipe and a gas discharge pipe are connected in each of the roll accommodation spaces of the supply chamber and the collection chamber. The catalyst substrate disentangled from the recovery roll is adapted to the inside in each of the roll accommodation spaces of the collection chamber. The cutter is provided for cutting the catalyst substrate supplied in the interspace of the collection chamber from the supply roll after the main chamber. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing apparatus for supplying substrates in roll-to-roll manner.
