NOVELTY - Preparing corrosion resistance graphite cement mortar comprises loading graphene interlayer on bentonite powder, mixing cement mortar with cement, sand, aggregate, water, water reducing agent, and spraying the cationic polyelectrolyte solution, preparing the cement mortar corrosion graphene, specific steps: (i) mixing the bentonite powder with graphene to the high-speed mixer by mixing the graphene supported on a layer of bentonite powder, (ii) mixing and stirring the sand, aggregate, water, water reducing agent, water molecules enter the cell of bentonite layer expand to foam to obtain the primary cement mortar, and (iii) providing the cement mortar spraying cationic polyelectrolyte solution, the composite layer of bentonite crystal layer plane so that the particle surface of the bentonite powder absorbing cationic polyelectrolyte spontaneously to form a three dimensional structure with negative electricity. USE - The method is useful for preparing corrosion resistance graphite cement mortar. ADVANTAGE - The mortar has good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
