NOVELTY - Concrete precast wallboard comprises 300-350 pts. wt. modified silicate cement, 0.5-0.6 pts. wt. oxidation graphene 3-5 pts. wt. polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 690-700 pts. wt. sand, 5-8 pts. wt. accelerating agent, 110-120 pts. wt. liquid carbon dioxide, 150-170 pts. wt. deionized water and 320-330 pts. wt. building waste. The modified silicate cement is prepared by using silicate cement as base material, antibacterial component and anti-ultraviolet component as auxiliary materials, and adding deionized water to mix. USE - The concrete precast wallboard is used for sealing carbon dioxide. ADVANTAGE - The concrete precast wallboard has strong antibacterial performance and anti-ultraviolet performance. The modified titanium dioxide has higher adhesion force, so that tightly adheres the antibacterial component and the molecule of anti-ultraviolet component, thus slowing the aging speed of the modified silicate cement and prolonging the service life, improves the environment by solid sealing carbon dioxide, reduces the emission of carbon dioxide in the environment, and improves the strength of the concrete by mineralization reaction.
