NOVELTY - A multifunctional coated fabric comprises polyester fiber base cloth, super-hydrophobic coating, infrared emitting coating, PVC coating and self-cleaning waterproof layer. USE - Multifunctional coated fabric. ADVANTAGE - The multifunctional coated fabric has excellent weather resistance, antifouling self-cleaning function and high tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the multifunctional coated fabric, which involves (1) setting warp yarn density, weft yarn density and polyester fiber on biaxial warp knitting machine, knitting to obtain base fabric, (2) placing base fabric in 0.1-0.5 mol/L sodium hydroxide to performing hydroxylation treatment for 1-3 minutes, so that hydroxy groups are formed on the surface of the base fabric, (3) dissolving silane coupling agent with amino functional groups in absolute ethanol to obtain solution with concentration of 0.01-0.05 mol/L, hydrolyzing for 12-24 hours, adding 0.02-0.1 g nano-titanium dioxide particles, uniformly stirring to obtain nano-titanium dioxide solution, immersing treated base fabric in nano-titanium dioxide solution for 3-5 minutes, taking out and drying at 40-60 degrees C to form super-hydrophobic coating on surface of base fabric, (4) dispersing 40-60 pts. wt. thermosetting silicone resin and 10-15 pts. wt. butyl rubber in 20-50 pts. wt. glycerol solvent, heating, stirring, adding 10-20 pts. wt. alumina powder and 5-10 pts. wt. graphene powder to obtain treatment solution, immersing base fabric in treatment solution for 3-5 minutes, taking out, drying at 50-80 degrees C to form infrared emitting coating on surface of super-hydrophobic coating, (5) preparing PVC coating by mixing 100-120 pts. wt. PVC paste resin, 15-30 pts. wt. 1,2-cyclohexanedicarboxylate diisononyl ester, 10-20 pts. wt. diisodecyl adipate, 5-10 pts. wt. epoxidized soybean oil, 1-5 pts. wt. barium-zinc composite stabilizer, 0.5-1 pt. wt. butadiene, 0.5-1 pt. wt. N-phenyl-N'-isopropyl-p-phenylenediamine and 5-10 pts. wt. carbon fiber, stirring to obtain scraping coating compound, using multiple sets of rollers of the scraper coating equipment to draw base fabric to the rubber outlet with balanced tension to scrape the rubber onto both sides of the base fabric, immediately passing through the vertical furnace for plasticization and cooling by water outside the furnace, (6) dispersing 2-5 g nano-silica particles in 80-150 mL absolute ethanol, ultrasonically processing for 20-30 minutes to obtain stable silica suspension, spraying adhesive on the surface of the base fabric, spraying silica suspension to the surface, repeating for 2-3 times, placing in oven at 60-80 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, and (7) trimming and cutting.
