▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - High strength nonflammable insulation material comprises expanded or foamed graphene oxide, sodium silicate, inorganic solid binder including Portland cement, cemented carbide cement, white cement, wood ash, coal ash, feldspar powder, earth powder, and/or pottery powder, and acid compound containing citric acid, succinic acid, tartaric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and/or phosphoric acid. The insulation material has density of 0.18-0.5 g/cm3, and initial thermal conductivity of less than or equal to 0.03 W/mK measured according to KS L 9016. USE - The material is useful in insulator (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high strength, heat insulation and non-combustibility, and can replace expanded polystyrene sandwich panel without a separate non-combustible material, preferably steel sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) insulator comprising a core panel made of the high strength nonflammable insulation material, and a transparent coating layer formed on the entire surface of the core panel, or a core panel made of the high strength nonflammable insulation material, a paste layer formed on the entire surface of the core panel, an ink layer formed on part or the entire surface of the paste layer and a transparent coating layer formed on the ink layer and on the paste layer in which the ink layer is not formed; and (2) producing high strength nonflammable insulation material, comprising (a) mixing expanded or foamed graphene oxide or liquid sodium silicate to obtain a first sol mixture, (b) mixing expanded or foamed graphene oxide, inorganic solid binder and water to obtain second sol mixture, (c) mixing expanded or foamed graphene oxide, and liquid acid compound to obtain third sol mixture, (d) mixing the first to third sol mixtures to obtain a gel mixture, (e) compressing the gel mixture to form a shaped body, (f) first drying the molded body, and (g) first firing the first dried molded body at 600-1200 degrees C.
