▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified reduced graphene oxide binder comprises evenly dispersing graphene oxide in N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP) solution, adding ascorbyl palmitate powder or pre-dispersing solution of ascorbyl palmitate powder in NMP, fully stirring for 2-5 hours, reacting under the microwave energy of 500-800W for 3-5 minutes, and filtering the excess solution to obtain modified reduced graphene oxide binder. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified reduced graphene oxide binder, which is useful in lithium-ion battery anode material, which is used in portable energy storage device. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces production environment requirements. The modified reduced graphene oxide binder has high mechanical stress and friction coefficient, has high defect density and multi-dimensional conductive network to the transport of lithium ions, reduces production environment requirements, and shows good rate performance and cycle stability in electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: modified reduced graphene oxide binder; and using method of modified reduced graphene oxide binder in electrode pole piece of the lithium-ion battery, comprising uniformly mixing modified reduced graphene oxide binder and anode material, stirring in NMP, adding conductive agent, where the solid mass ratio of the modified reduced graphene oxide binder is 5-20%, the solid mass ratio of the conductive agent is 0-5%, fully mixing, coating on aluminum foil, and vacuum drying at 80-120℃ for 6-18 hours to obtain corresponding electrode pole pieces.
