NOVELTY - Graphene oxide is ultrasonically dispersed with ultrasonic power of 100-500 W for 1-4 hours to form graphene oxide solution with graphene oxide concentration of 5.10-49.75 mg/mL. The graphene oxide solution is dispersed in deionized water and sodium hydroxide solution is added to adjust the pH of solution to 8-14. Then the solution is transferred to polytetrafluoroethylene autoclave and heated at 180-250 degrees C for 10-40 hours. The heated mixture is centrifuged and the separated product is dried to obtain graphene quantum dot imaging agent with particle size of less than 10 nm. USE - Preparation of quantum dot imaging agent used for imaging. ADVANTAGE - The method economically and efficiently provides graphene quantum dot imaging agent having excellent fluorescent property and purity, and uniform particle size, by a simple process in short period of time and without polluting the environment.
