NOVELTY - A graphene thin film is manufactured by using polycyclic-aromatic-hydrocarbon derivative as raw material, wherein derivative contains greater than or equal to 4 benzene rings with greater than or equal to 3C aliphatic hydrocarbon substituent, applying liquid composition containing catalyst added to aromatic-hydrocarbon derivative to substrate, and heating coating film in inert gas atmosphere. USE - A manufacturing method of graphene thin film for transparent electrically-conductive material used for preparation of products, such as transparent electrode and touch panel. ADVANTAGE - Graphene thin film is producible and has excellent transparency or electroconductivity by coating, and manufacturing method of graphene thin film is simple and cheap.
