▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing antibacterial graphene modified aqueous polyurethane heat storage fabric film, comprises preparing the oxidation graphene by improving Hummers method, fully mixing the prepared oxidized graphene and hyper-branched polymer, preparing modified oxidized graphene, centrifuging and cleaning the modified oxidized graphene, after centrifugal cleaning, stirring and mixing with aqueous polyurethane to obtain mixture A, deaerating the mixture A to obtain coating stock solution, coating the prepared coating stock solution on the centrifugal paper by a wire rod method to air-dry at room temperature, drying the room temperature and coating the centrifugal paper coated with film raw liquid for high temperature baking. USE - The film is useful as a fabric film, preferably polyester, nylon, cotton woven or non-woven fabrics (claimed), useful in outdoor environment of low temperature and humidity. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare antibacterial graphene aqueous polyurethane heat storage fabric film that has good hydrophilicity, and acts on the negative charge of the bacteria surface, so that the fabric film has antibacterial effect, and reduces the terminal amino of the hyperbranched polymer to reduce the oxidation graphene at the same time. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of preparing antibacterial graphene modified aqueous polyurethane heat storage fabric film (Drawing includes non-English language text).
