NOVELTY - The device has a first wheel disk (1) that is rotatably mounted. The first wheel disk is equipped with a first magnetic block (2). The first wheel disk rotates to drive the first magnetic block to rotate around the axis. A second wheel disk (3) is rotatably mounted on one side of the first wheel disk, where the second wheel disk is parallel to the disk surface of first wheel disk. The second wheel disk is equipped with a second magnetic block (4). A magnetic separating sheet (5) is located at one side of the connecting line of first wheel disk and second wheel disk. The magnetic separating sheet is used for separating the magnetic force of the two parts in the process of first magnetic block and second magnetic block are close to each other, where the magnetic isolation sheet is a superconducting material or a double-layer graphene material, and the first magnetic block and second magnetic block are made of permanent magnetic material. USE - Used as Xiyue type magnetic power device. ADVANTAGE - The device: eliminates magnetic force between first and second magnetic blocks; avoids the influence to rotation of wheel disk; allows mutual repulsion between magnetic blocks to push wheels to rotate to output power to external device, so that the magnetic forces of two magnetic blocks can be eliminated; and reduces influence to steering.
