NOVELTY - The sleeve has a tube body whose outer surface is provided with equidistant and uniformly distributed strip-shaped graphene electrothermal films. An insulating layer is formed between adjacent strip-shaped graphene electrothermal films. Each strip-shaped graphene electrothermal film is connected to a terminal. An electric heating film is provided with an insulation layer. An outer side of the protective layer is fixed with the insulation layer. The tube body is made of material with good thermal conductivity such as aluminium, copper, silver, carbon fiber or graphene. The tube body is formed by connecting multiple sections of short tubes, where the adjacent short tubes are connected by flexible materials. USE - Breathing circuit heating and heat preservation sleeve for a ventilator for rescuing respiratory failure and heart failure of patient. ADVANTAGE - The sleeve can heat and keep the air-oxygen mixed gas, so as to avoid stimulating a respiratory tract of the patient without causing airway spasm and even other serious complications in patients.
