▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Curable, conductive fluoropolymer composition comprises: (a) partially fluorinated amorphous polymer comprising at least one of an iodine, a bromine, and a nitrile cure site; (b) an ionic liquid comprising a cationic portion and an anionic portion; (c) a peroxide; (d) a crosslinking agent; and (e) conductive particles having a surface area of less than 500 m2/g, where if cured to provide a cured composition, and the cured composition has a volume resistivity of less than 1x 104 Ohmsasteriskcm and a Duro A hardness of less than 80. USE - The composition is useful: as a cured composition; and for making an article (claimed) e.g. gaskets, ring lip seals, washer seals, O-rings, grooved seals, and hoses. ADVANTAGE - The composition: provides the cured elastomer that has a Duro A hardness of at least 10, preferably at most 60 and a volume resistivity of less than 1x 103 Ohmsasteriskcm; contains an ionic liquid which reduces resistivity and hardening in a conductive fluoroelastomeric composition; is dispensable; and is conductive e.g. electroconductive and/or thermalconductive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) a cured composition derived from the curable, conductive fluoropolymer composition; and (2) making an article using the composition comprising (i) combining (a)-(e) to form the curable composition, and (ii) curing the curable composition to form the conductive fluoroelastomeric composition, where the conductive fluoroelastomeric composition has a volume resistivity of less than 1x 104 Ohmsasteriskcm and a Duro A hardness of less than 80.
