▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene oxide co-cured aqueous epoxy resin coating comprises e.g. (i) dispersing 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder in 100-500 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, adding 2-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, heating at 50-120 degrees C, reacting for 7-12 hours, cooling the reaction to room temperature and washing with deionized water, adding 400-800 pts. wt. deionized water, 10-50 pts. wt. modifier containing ammonium ion, and heating the reactor at 50-120 degrees C for 3-10 hours, cooling to room temperature, and washing with deionized water to obtain modified graphene oxide powder, (ii) dispersing the modified graphene oxide powder obtained in the step (i) in 4-20 pts. wt. deionized water, mixing with 2-10 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin curing agent and stirring to obtain B component of aqueous epoxy resin coating, and(iii) adding 1.6-8 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin as component A of aqueous epoxy resin coating, uniformly stirring and mixing A and B components and then applying film. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene oxide co-cured aqueous epoxy resin coating. ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple operation; is environmentally friendly; has good corrosion resistance, non-porous and good film forming properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene oxide co-cured aqueous epoxy resin coating comprises (i) dispersing 0.1-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder in 100-500 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, adding 2-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, heating at 50-120 degrees C, reacting for 7-12 hours, cooling the reaction to room temperature and washing with deionized water, adding 400-800 pts. wt. deionized water, 10-50 pts. wt. modifier containing ammonium ion, and heating the reactor at 50-120 degrees C for 3-10 hours, cooling to room temperature, and washing with deionized water to obtain modified graphene oxide powder, where the silane coupling agent is gamma -methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltris( beta -methoxyethoxy)silane, and vinyltriethoxysilane, and the ammonium ion-containing modifier is quaternary ammonium containing compound of formula (I), (ii) dispersing the modified graphene oxide powder obtained in the step (i) in 4-20 pts. wt. deionized water, mixing with 2-10 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin curing agent and stirring to obtain B component of aqueous epoxy resin coating, and(iii) adding 1.6-8 pts. wt. bisphenol A epoxy resin as component A of aqueous epoxy resin coating, uniformly stirring and mixing A and B components and then applying film. R1 = 1-2C alkyl group or H; R2 = 1-5C alkyl group or acyl; and R3, R4 and R5 = methyl.
