NOVELTY - A graphene modified polyurethane epoxy resin aqueous damping coating material is prepared by taking high purity crystalline flake graphite piece, chemical oxidizing to obtain graphene oxide, taking 4,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate and polytetrahydrofuran as monomer, butanone as solvent and dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst, reacting, adding 1,4-butanediol and 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, reacting, adding epoxy resin and acetone, emulsifying with deionized water, adding graphene oxide, and ultrasonically treating. USE - Method for preparing graphene modified polyurethane epoxy resin aqueous damping coating material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material effectively combines polyurethane and epoxy resin, introduces graphene excellent mechanical property, and effectively increases damping property, tensile strength and heat stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene modified polyurethane epoxy resin aqueous damping coating material is prepared by taking high purity crystalline flake graphite piece as raw material, chemical oxidizing to obtain graphene oxide, taking 4,4'-diphenyl methane diisocyanate and polytetrahydrofuran as monomer, butanone as solvent and dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst, reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours, adding 1,4-butanediol and 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid as chain extender and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone as solvent, reacting at 60-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain prepolymer, adding epoxy resin and acetone as solvent at 70-80 degrees C for 3-5 hours, forming polyurethane-epoxy resin interpenetrating polymer network, emulsifying with deionized water, adding graphene oxide, and ultrasonically treating for 2-3 hours.
