▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Electrical contact functional composite material, comprises matrix phase which is dispersed copper formed by the dispersion of aluminum oxide on the copper matrix. The enhanced phase is molybdenum, silicon carbide and graphene oxide; molybdenum, silicon carbide and yttrium oxide; or molybdenum, silicon carbide, and graphene oxide supported yttrium oxide. USE - The electrical contact functional composite material is useful in preparation of high and low voltage switch contact (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good comprehensive performance, good conductivity and density, obviously improves the arc erosion resistance and tensile strength, and has better comprehensive performance index than the product of the same contact. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of electrical contact functional composite material.
