▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of composite material involves: 1) soaking the functional layer film into the modified resin matrix, to form functional layer prepreg; 2) paving the prepared functional layer pre-soaking material and fibre prepreg layer, to form composite laminated prepreg which is then hot-pressed to form the product. USE - Method is used for preparing composite material used in electromagnetic shielding. ADVANTAGE - The preparation process enables to combine the light weight and high strength characteristics of the carbon fiber composite material with the excellent electrical conductivity of the functional layer film, to achieve the integrated application of structure/electromagnetic shielding of the composite material, through interface modification. The preparation method is a simple, easy to operate and easy to implement large-scale mass production process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the composite material which comprises a carbon fibre prepreg, functional resin layer and functional layer which is located between two adjacent layers of carbon fibre prepreg. The upper and lower surface layers of the functional layer, are respectively provided with a functional resin layer. The functional layer is combined with the carbon fibre prepreg, through the functional resin layer.
