NOVELTY - A photovoltaic module comprises a set of silicon cells interconnected by connections. The individual silicon cells are connected by graphene electrode which is applied directly onto the exposed side and underside of the cells. The graphene electrode is in the form of full graphene grid or graphene strips set in a polymer layer. USE - Photovoltaic module for use in building and rooms. ADVANTAGE - The module has long life and excellent current efficiency, durability and weather resistance.
