▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An ultra-high-strength graphene-modified engineering plastic comprises 200-400 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 50-80 pts. wt. PTFE, 20-40 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 10-25 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 30-50 pts. wt. chopped glass fiber, 10-30 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 3-8 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 3-6 pts. wt. stabilizer. USE - Ultra-high-strength graphene-modified engineering plastic. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-high-strength graphene-modified engineering plastic has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, mechanical property, toughness, and impact strength, due to use of PTFE, dibutyl phthalate, chopped glass fiber, and carbon fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the engineering plastic, which involves mixing all components in a high-speed stirrer at 130-140 degrees C for 2-3 hours, adding the dried mixture to a twin-screw extruder, and melting, extruding at 250-300 degrees C and 200-300 rpm, cooling and granulating.
