▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A heat dissipation composition comprises base polymer containing silicone-based resin and filler containing at least two of expanded graphite, carbon nanotubes, graphene and metal nanoparticles. USE - Heat dissipation composition used for forming heat dissipation coating agent and heat dissipation adhesive used in LED lighting (all claimed). Can also be used in industrial applications. ADVANTAGE - The heat dissipation composition produces heat dissipation coating agent and heat dissipation adhesive having excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity of 2.5 W/mK or more due to the excellent dispersibility of filler and maintains physical properties at 150 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) heat dissipation adhesive, which comprises heat dissipation composition; and (2) manufacture of heat dissipation composition, which involves mixing carbon nanotube dispersion with expanded graphite dispersion to form mixed filler, adding polydimethylsiloxane to polyvinyl siloxane to form base polymer and adding the mixed filler to the base polymer.
