▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A mass measuring device uses a graphene sheet consisting of a vacancy breaking carbon covalent bond formed in a specific place. A component having minute mass is fixed by adhesive strength of carbon atoms of which carbon covalent bonds are broken. The mass of component is measured using the graphene sheet predicted based on natural frequency information of the graphene sheet in the state that the component is not settled and natural frequency information sensed in the state that the component is settled in the specific place of the graphene sheet. USE - Device is used for measuring mass of component having minute mass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device improves the mass measuring accuracy.
