▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Ironmaking blast furnace waste gas treatment system has an electric dust remover (1), a desulfurization unit (3), a bag filter, a denitration unit (8), a vacuum fan (10) and a chimney (11) connected through the flue. A denitration catalyst is stored in the denitration unit. The denitration catalyst has a core-shell structure. The core body include mercaptolated graphene oxide and iron-manganese-copper composite oxide. The shell is a transition metal doped cerium-zirconium solid solution. The system also includes an absorption liquid storage unit (4) for storing alkaline absorption liquid. The absorption liquid storage unit is connected with the desulfurization unit through a pipeline. USE - Used as ironmaking blast furnace waste gas treatment system. ADVANTAGE - The system can fully treat sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides and other toxic gases in the exhaust gas of ironmaking blast furnaces, which is of great significance for promoting the ultra-low emission control of flue gas in the iron and steel industry.
