▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing aminated graphene oxide nanosheet dispersion liquid, involves (a) adding graphite powder, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate to concentrated sulfuric acid under the condition of ice bath, stirring and reacting, heating and stirring for a period of time, adding distilled water, stirring uniformly at room temperature, adding hot distilled water for the second time, stirring at room temperature, adding hydrogen peroxide, mixing and stirring for reaction, and post-processing to obtain graphene oxide nanosheets; and (b) processing graphene oxide nanosheets into aqueous dispersion, adding aqueous ammonia and distilled water, performing hydrothermal reaction, stirring uniformly at room temperature and purifying to obtain aminated graphene oxide nanosheet dispersion liquid. USE - The method is useful in preparing aminated graphene oxide nanosheet dispersion liquid, which is useful in organic solar cell i.e. non-fullerene organic solar cell as electronic transmission layer (claimed), and in light emitting diode, energy storage, biological imaging and photovoltaic field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide and aminated graphene oxide prepared by the method has high stability and electronic transmission capability, which can well replace the traditional electronic transmission layer material, so the prepared organic solar cell has excellent performance, and has wide application prospect in the organic photovoltaic field.
