▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing two-dimensional ferric oxide graphene composite material comprises using ferric chloride-graphite interlayer compound as raw material, preparing two-doped ferric dioxide composite material by microwave heating, where the graphene layer is a layer of two-dimethyl iron oxide and at least one layer of graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing two-dimensional ferric oxide graphene composite material, which is useful in chemical catalysis, biological medicine, electrochemical energy storage, conductive material and semiconductor material. ADVANTAGE - The two-dimensional ferric oxide-graphene composite material has strong conductivity, high tap density, high specific surface area and high activity, and exhibits good physical and chemical properties. The ferric chloride-graphite interlayer compound can effectively block the re-stacking of the 2-dimensional iron oxide, and has excellent conductivity of graphite. The interaction between the two can make the product to exhibit good physical, chemical and physical properties, and can be widely applied to chemical catalysis, biological medicine, electrochemical energy storage, conductive material and semiconductor material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation method of the iron chloride-graphite interlayer compound involves putting the graphite and anhydrous ferric chloride in the reaction container, heating for 20-30 hours at 400-500 ℃ to obtain the product, the product sequentially alcohol, cleaning deionized water then drying to obtain ferric chloride-graphite interlayer compound. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a SEM image of the two-dimensional ferric oxide composite material graphene in Example 1.
