NOVELTY - A conductive polyimide film, comprises 1-5 pts. wt. pyromellitic dianhydride, 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-9 pts. wt. polymeric polyamic acid resin, 2.5-6 pts. wt. ingredient (A), 5-12 pts. wt. diamino diphenyl ether, 3-4 pts. wt. dimethylacetamide solvent, 17-36 pts. wt. conductive ingredients and 1.9-4 pts. wt. ingredient (B). USE - Conductive polyimide film. ADVANTAGE - The conductive polyimide film does not require frequent replacement at the time of use. The wear resistance due to the mixing of conductive materials reduces the shortcomings of the toughness of the polyimide film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of conductive polyimide film which involves steps: (S1), weighing raw materials, (S2) stirring conductive ingredients in pre-prepared stirring device, obtaining conductive mixed material, (S3) stirring silane coupling agent, pyromellitic dianhydride and dimethyl acetamide solvent in stirring device, obtaining suspension mixed material, (S4) taking out suspended mixed material from the stirring device, and orderly adding ethylene, octylene, Terylene (RTM: polymer obtained from ethylene glycol and glycerol), polyurethane elastic fiber, polymeric polyamic acid resin, diamino diphenyl ether, styrene and polybutadiene in pre-prepared reaction kettle, stirring with continuous hydrogen gas supply, obtaining mixed material (M1), (S5) transferring into de-foaming kettle, defoaming, obtaining mixed material (M2), (S6) salivating in salivation machine, obtaining product (P1), (S7) transferring into imine furnace for imidization treatment, obtaining middle grade material (P2) and (S8) passing orderly through cutting machine and winder for cutting and rolling.
