▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a copper-aluminum layered composite material with effective control interface reaction involves pre-processing the surface of the aluminum (Al) foil, performing electrophoresis deposition of graphene oxide to obtain graphene oxide (GO)/Al foil, and drying. The surface of the Cu foil is pre-processed, and then alternately overlapped the GO/Al foil and the Cu foil after surface pre-treatment along the tiled layer direction. The Cu-GO/Al prefabricated body is obtained, the upper most layer and the lowermost layer of the copper (Cu)-GO/Al prefabricated body are both Cu foils. The Cu-GO/Al preform is pressurized and heated to 400-600 degrees C for 30-120 minutes of temperature preservation. The Cu-GO/Al preform after heat preservation and pressure is reduced in temperature and pressure to obtain a copper-aluminum layered composite material. USE - Method for preparing a copper-aluminum layered composite material with effective control interface reaction. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a copper-aluminum layered composite material with effective control interface reaction improves the copper-aluminum layered composite material, ensures the thermal and electrical conductivity of the copper-aluminum layered composite material, and realizes the structure-function integrated design of the copper-aluminum layered composite material.
