NOVELTY - Nano-carbon material composite additive based on surface modification, comprises nano-carbon material, ricinoleic acid and a catalyst. The preparation method of nano-carbon material comprises performing acidification treatment on the nano-carbon material, where the acidification treatment is to carry out acidification treatment on the nano-carbon material in a container containing concentrated nitric acid and a concentrated sulfuric acid mixed acid solution, after the reaction is completed, filtering, washing and drying to obtain the oxidized nano-carbon material with the pH being neutral. USE - The nano-carbon material composite additive based on surface modification is used in field of nanotechnology. ADVANTAGE - The nano-carbon material composite additive has better anti-wear performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the nanocarbon material composite additive based on surface modification, comprising (a) heating the nano-carbon material in a container containing concentrated nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid mixed acid solution for acidification treatment, after the reaction is completed, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain an oxidized nano-carbon material with a neutral pH, and (b) adding the oxidized carbon nano material to ricinoleic acid, adding the catalyst, stirring, reacting under reduced pressure and vacuumizing, cooling to room temperature, and ultrasonically processing.
