NOVELTY - Composite flame-retardant masterbatch with flame-retardant and antibacterial nano-function comprises 20-40 pts. wt. elastomer substrate, 20-30 pts. wt. dopamine modified DOPO derivatives, 20-30 pts. wt. phosphite, 5-20 pts. wt. multi-level transition metal nanomaterials, 1-5 pts. wt. free radical trapping agent, and 1-3 pts. wt. plastic additives. USE - The composite flame-retardant master batch is useful for realizing large-scale industrialization in plastic. Can also be used in automobile, electric appliance, rail traffic and public field. ADVANTAGE - The method solves material combustion defects, antibacterial defects and precipitation defects, simplifies the production process, and reduces the negative impact on the mechanical properties of materials. The flame-retardant master batch is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a composite flame-retardant masterbatch with flame-retardant and antibacterial nano-functions comprising (1) mixing 20-40 pts. wt. elastomer substrate, 20-30 pts. wt. dopamine modified DOPO derivatives, 20-30 pts. wt. phosphite, 5-20 pts. wt. multi-level transition metal nanomaterials, 1-5 pts. wt. free radical trapping agent, and 1-3 pts. wt. plastic additives, and stirring to obtain a mixed material, and (2) conveying the mixed material into a screw extruder, melting and extruding and pelletizing to obtain a composite flame-retardant masterbatch, where the extrusion temperature of the twin-screw extruder is 180-220°C, the rotation speed of the main engine is 100-200 revolutions/minute, and the feeding frequency is 10-15Hz.
