NOVELTY - A bio filler comprises 15-20 pts. wt. beta -hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 1.5-3 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 15-20 pts. wt. gelatin, 3-5 pts. wt. enzymatic activity adjusting agent, 0.5-2 pts. wt. processing modifier, 0.5-1 pt. wt. polymer binder, 55-80 pts. wt. bio filler particles and 5-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, and has a density of 0.93-0.98 g/cm3. USE - Bio filler is used for forming mature biofilm. ADVANTAGE - The bio filler has improved bio affinity. The difficulty of microbial growth on surface of the filler is reduced. The time for forming mature biofilm using the bio filler is 5-20 days. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of bio filler.
