▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The multiplier has a graphene multiplier substrate provided with a high- frequency dielectric substrate. A front end and rear end of the graphene multiplier substrate is respectively connected with a signal input end and a signal output end of a micro-strip line. The signal input end and signal output end of the micro-strip line is provided with a first direct current (DC) bias circuit and a second DC bias circuit. The first DC bias circuit and the second DC bias circuit are provided with a blocking capacitor and a high frequency inductor. The graphene determines a harmonic component, where the harmonic component comprises an output signal of frequency and signal frequency components. USE - DC bias based graphene lower even harmonic frequency multiplier. ADVANTAGE - The multiplier can suppress an odd component, and amplifies even harmonic wave component so as to improve frequency doubling effect. The multiplier reduces defects that the graphene generating natural suppression function for even harmonics of the fundamental wave and odd harmonic component under excitation of electromagnetic field, and realizes even frequency doubling in the field of terahertz devices and design of the radio frequency chip. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for designing graphene lower even harmonic frequency multiplier based on DC bias. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a front view of a DC bias based graphene lower even harmonic frequency multiplier.
