NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene copper/steel composite material involves preparing a plating solution of graphene copper/steel composite material, and electroplating a steel core wire using the electroplating solution of graphene copper/steel composite material. The type of pulse used in the electroplating process is a sinusoidal pulse. USE - Preparation of graphene copper/steel composite material for making coaxial cable inner conductor for transmitting high frequency signals (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The process effectively uses plating solution which is non-toxic, saving cost, environmentally-friendly and can be recycled, provides graphene copper plating layer which has bright surface and excellent bonding strength with the steel core wire, and provides composite material which has excellent electroconductivity than the existing copper-clad steel composite material.
