NOVELTY - The sensor has a sensitive electrode whose end is connected with a first end of an oscillator. A second end of the oscillator is connected with a first end of a quartz crystal resonator. A second end of the quartz crystal oscillator is connected with a second end of the sensitive electrode. A second end of the oscillator is connected with an output end of a digital frequency type humidity sensor. The sensitive electrode is provided with a substrate. A micro-electrode is fixed on the substrate. An oxide graphene quantum dot film is coated on the micro-electrode. The oscillator is a Pierce oscillator or phase lock loop oscillator. The micro-electrode is a loop-shaped electrode or interdigital electrode. The substrate is a glass-reinforced epoxy laminate material substrate, a silicon substrate, a ceramic substrate and a macromolecule flexible substrate. USE - Digital frequency measuring type air relative humidity sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor can directly change electrical characteristics of a sensitive electrode caused by humidity change in gas phase environment and oscillation frequency change, and realizes oscillation frequency collecting process by the frequency counter and sends oscillation frequency to a computer, and has high sensitivity, better digital frequency outputting function and better stability.
