NOVELTY - A graphene material has mesoporous structure provided with three-dimensional laminated structure. USE - Graphene material used in supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene material has high specific surface area, short-range ordered structure and long-range disorder structure, and high tap density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene, comprising ball milling expanded graphite to obtain nano graphite flakes, performing partial oxidation of the nano graphite flakes to obtain partial oxidation at ratio of carbon in graphite to oxygen of 20:1-3:1, adding partially oxidized material with a first activating agent and heating for first time to obtain microporous graphene, and adding microporous graphene with second activating agent and heating for second time to obtain mesoporous graphite.
