NOVELTY - Method for producing a graphene electrode, involves growing graphene on a growth substrate, depositing a sacrificial layer film on the surface of graphene to form a graphene-sacrificial layer film, transferring the graphene-sacrificial layer film from the growth substrate to the target substrate, patterning the graphene-sacrificial layer film and removing the sacrificial layer to form a patterned graphene electrode. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene electrode which is used in display panel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene electrode has good photoelectric property.
